'I thought the food was very mediocre, and we were very disappointed to see there were no water sports (the website advertised kayaks, hobie cats and windsurfers.) They only have kayaks in fact - they should update their website. The sunset bar was a favorite location, and the beach and setting was gorgeous. The place was pretty and immaculate. One of the lamps in our room was broken and I reported it several times to the concierge but it never got fixed. Overall, it was a lovely stay and a nice...

'New hotel roof top restaurant and pool area amazing. Large resorts block access to the beach. Not cool. Streets are amazing treed bike paths in centre between both lanes. Locals have lost access to their beaches thanks to mega resorts. '

'Fun activities. I like how no reservations were required for the restaurants, you just had to wait. Portion sizes in most of the restaurants were small so you need to order several dishes. Some of the shows were good. Service was pretty good but not excellent. The buffet needed more food options. '

'Great place for a family Christmas! Staff was awesome! Very friendly and helpful, big shout out to Rene Lizola and Lulu Rivera who made the buffet amazing every night! One thing that was tough for a family with teenagers is the room is very open concept…. No bathroom privacy besides that incredible, would definitely go back. '

'The staff are what makes this resort standout for me, they truly treat guests with kindness and service in the most friendly manner. There were so many Erika, Lulu, surf instructor, pool and beach servers and the New Year’s party was the best I have been to and that was because of the staff from set up, service to decor to the band incredible '

'Las recepcionistas en especial (Carol ) es demasiado despota , grosera y nada profesional , prepotente y te quiere hacer pagar extra por lo mínimo , tuve un mal rato al hacer el check in con ella ! Aparte parece que le estás pidiendo gratis que te atienda ! La mayoría de los trabajadores siempre están de mal humor , como que están obligados a atenderte necesitan cambiar el tipo de atención que tienen , ya que nos vamos con un mal sabor de boca debido a esto ! 'This property is in the most convenient location. What ever you need is within walking distance. It can be noisy at night depending on which side you’re facing but I had no problem with the noise. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel 😊'

'The property is still a little bit of being completed but it's barely noticeable and we really enjoyed our stay there. Clean, quiet, such pleasant staff and great spots here and there relax like up on the roof top pool... so so good.
