'The staff at Tokyo Hilton Bay provide excellent service. The location is relatively far from central attractions in Tokyo. The swimming pools can only be used for a high fee and is actually a limited pool. The swimming height of the outdoor pool is between aprox. 1. meters and 1.40 low and can therefore not really be used for proactive swimming. 'We really enjoyed our stay at Executive Suite at M Resort 😁'

'We zaten in een appartement aan zee. Alles was prima, echter wordt er een geheel resort met m diverse faciliteiten op de site gepresenteerd, oa 3 zwembaden restaurant, bar, gym etc Bij aankomst was de entree gesloten en zo goed als het hele resort was gesloten. Alleen de “ residence apartments 1 pool” waren open. Personeel ter plaatsen was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar als je een resort boekt verwacht je ook een resort en niet alleen een appartement. '

'Big rooms and very nice pool area'

'Check in was smooth. Arrived before quoted check in time but we were allowed to check in anyway. Room was nice and big, with a balcony, overlooking Vivaldi Park. Hotel only cleans the room every 3 days (we stayed for 2 nights) so we didn't get our room cleaned but that wasn't a problem. Plenty of things to do close by. Would stay again.'

'The staff will make your stay. From the moment you arrive they will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast at the melt is to die for and i suggest to make reservations to their restaurants they are amazing. Go to Rera for delightful sushi. They also have fireworks and music at the lobby at night so you can unwind after a day on the slopes. Overall this hotel is one you would want to come back to.'
