'Cozy property with stunning views. Yes, it is older but it worked for our needs since my family and I was out of the house for most of the stay. Very close to grocery and other stores for essential needs. Good location!'

'Me and 9 friends were running the NYC marathon to benefit curechm.org and this property was a perfect jump off point for us. If I could give the owner 6 stars for communication I would. If you are like me and have heard rough stories about the Bronx, I encourage you to give it another try! This place is a great launching point for all that NYC has to offer.'

'The home looked great and the owner was easy to work with. The home was close to the train station which made it easy to visit all of NY. I would definitely stay at this home on my next NY visit. Definitely recommend. '

'For some reason he thought I canceled my reservation. When I got nervous that I hadn't recieved any check in information I messaged him. He did message me right back and apologized for the misunderstanding. I asked when we would get the access information and I didn't get a response. After a few hours I had to call VRBO because I was about to catch my flight. I had family that would be arriving before myself. I wanted to be sure they could get in , To be clear they would be there after...

'Its not perfect of course, but me and my friends really enjoyed it. Its close to the beach which we loved, alot of good food place close by. The house itself was decent. It was a beautiful home with a big backyard and nice size family room, but i will say bring your own pillows and blankets because they definitely didnt clean the ones they already had on the beds and the pillows were very thin like worn out. Besides that it was 8/10 experience and i will definitely come back.'

'We stayed for several days because the price was 1/4 the price of staying in the city. The apartment was clean and private. Parking was free and we ran in the neighborhood each morning. Everyone we met was very nice. '

'Got dropped off at the H-Mart from the airport and did my shopping and then walked over, as the host mentioned it was within walking distance and they were right! Super convenient. Well laid out, thoughtful instructions, everything was super easy. Ideal location for a couple of adults to stay to attend a convention. Also, there are workspaces in both of the bedrooms, which was a nice touch. '
