'the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. 'Our stay was great! The owners were very responsive - we only had one towel when we checked in but they got us some more very quickly. They sent over recommendations as well prior to. It was easy to find and the street parking is plenty. We were on the other side of the river of downtown Belfast but was still easy to walk to, about a 20 min walk. 'Tidy and clean big house. More then enough room then the four of us needed. Good equiped and spacious kitchen. The dinner table could be a little bigger with more ( comfortable) chairs if you look at the space, but we were only with four people so for us it was good. Great surroundings, and again..... The house itself is in some need of refurbishment- stained and flaking paintwork. Damaged flooring and furniture. Front door is difficult to lock and unlock. In terms of equipment it is very poorly appointed. This property should host 4 people there were only 3 plates, no spoons, 1 saucepan, no bottle opener - I could continue. There is an iron but no ironing board....
