'We had an amazing stay here. The house is in a very good state and in an even better location. Everything is close by yet the area in which the house is located is calm and quiet; which was the perfect combination for us. Everything felt well arranged and thought through. The very few questions that arose during our stay were answered quickly and in a very friendly way.'

'Nine members of our family had a great time at this place. It is an amazing location where you can walk to food, coffee, and bars. It is literally at the beach and near many volleyball courts. The house works well for a group. We were 4 couples and a single and all had our own rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.'

'Nice house for larger families. Location is great and we particularly enjoyed the bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards. Having three bath rooms is a great feature! Some parts of the house do need to be updated but all in all that doesn’t get in the way of an enjoyable stay. Communication with the owners is fast, freidnly and functional. '

'This cottage was exactly what we needed. Location is spot on. So easy to get to the beach and bay! We loved having the firepit for our chilly nights. Bathroom sink is small which I already knew from pictures but the upstairs vanity/desk made up for it!! Robin was wonderful with communication! 'This beautiful home exceeded our expectations and suited all of our needs and more. Everyone had comfortable accomodations with each bedroom and shared bathrooms. We were able to host family dinners utilizing the kitchen and outdoor BBQ. The highlight of this property is the incredible backyard and pool which we enjoyed immensely with all the outdoor seating and pool and jacuzzi. I definitely reccommend this property and this hosts. 'Had a great stay at this two story condo just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had three adult couples, one bedroom per couple for a weekend and we were very comfortable with the space. 'It was as advertised. Great location. We spent a lot time on the roof patio. It is an easy walk to the beach. They have all the beach amenities like towels and chairs and umbrellas so you don't have to buy anything. There are lots of people walking and hanging out on the beach but the neighborhood is quiet. The host is so helpful and is a great resource. We would definitely stay here again.'

'We had a nice stay here with our family, enjoyed the rooftop views and balcony space. It's walking distance to the beach, restaurants (including a great Italian spot - Pazzos Italian - right down the street). Pedro made things easy with directions and communication. We'd be glad to stay here again.'

'We took a short trip to san diego for our birthday and we really enjoyed the location of this place. The only downside is it is close tk the airport and you can hear the planes, but nothing some ear plugs or unisom wont fix haha'

'This small house is in a perfect location, just a few steps to the Bayside walk, and only a short walk to beach, restaurants, shopping etc.'

'The place was tidy. Check in/out process was easy. Great location. Just be aware that to get to room 3 you have to walk through room 2. Only 1 bathroom so no privacy in room 2. Also, living room furniture is eclectic and uncomfortable.'

'The view was amazing. Had an end unit so could see all down the beach. Lots of entertainment watching the surfers and kite sailors. The property is a little dated but the owner is doing a good job remodeling room by room. We would come back!'

"We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon."
