'I invited 5 guest to join me in Chicago for a birthday trip. This home is perfectly located between MDW and ORD. We had no trouble getting to our activities, great restaurants, downtown, or quick stores (Target, CVS, etc). The layout of the home is perfect with rooms and bathrooms on each level. The homeowner is also a wonderful communicator, great at responding. We had no trouble getting a hold of them prior to the trip or during the trip. Highly recommend! '

The space was roomy and beautiful with the rooms flowing into each other so little groups of people could talk and nosh and enjoy the food and company. 'My husband and I spent a week here with our three dogs while in town for a family wedding. I was able to work from home while my husband took the CTA into the Chicago office of his company. The home was lovely and well stocked with everything that we needed for a week away from home. Would highly recommend.'

'The house was good, plenty of space. The steps were hard to get up and down but the upstairs was a nice space. House had a bit of a musty odor and the windows could use a cleaning. One night while watching a movie, we received a text stating we were had a loud party and to keep it down. They must have big brother watching us as the only party going on that night was in the movie. Overall the house was close to the city but in a nice Neiborhood. Having a fenced yard with off street parking...

'I have stayed at this property 3 times now and every time has been amazing. They have become the only place I will stay at in the city. The location is great with a parking garage around the corner at is very cheap. You get so many more amenities than a hotel and is an overall great experience. I highly recommend.'

"The location made that I choose for Hotel Felix River North. Second reason was the price. It was good and functional for my stay. If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space. OK, they have a tiny little space which looks like a bar, but nobody serves there (I tried a couple of times!), so that is more a piece of art than an actual bar. For the rest, as mentioned: OK. Public transport was nearby, just around the corner an Irish pub and some restaurants at close distance. I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Chicago."
