'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses. The stay itself was really good. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have been nice. Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach that can be used for the guests and this is not close to the pool area.'

'This is a great place to stay if you’re able to get a fair price. It is the middle of the road… not great but defiantly not bad. It’s older and still in good condition. The pools are great and walk-out pools from your room are a great addition. Beach is clean with a bar and food available without having to walk into the resort. 'We chose this resort because our grandson wanted waterslides..however the bigger slide was damaged and not usable as was one of the restaurants..that we had booked in after we got to the resort. The main pool was really murky ...compared to the adult pool. The room was clean and grounds were well maintained by staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some guests made the stay irritating but that's not the resorts fault. We would definitely book through Expedia..gave us a perk...as it...

'Wat een heerlijk verblijf in het adults only gedeelte van het resort. Supervriendelijk personeel in elke bar, restaurant, en kamerpersoneel. Gelegen in een mangrove. Super mooi en genoten van elk moment.'

'This was our 2nd time at Unico and we can't wait to return again . The food is more upscale compared to other resorts. Service is above average . Daisy and Diana went out of their way to accommodate us for anything we needed . We knew alot of the people from last year so it must be a good place to work . BtW the hour drive from the airport is worth it.'
