'Dit hotel had nette kamers die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. De check-in verliep erg moeizaam. Ondanks dat we na check-in tijd aankwamen moesten we een half uur wachten op onze kamer wachten. De kamer was nog niet schoon. Vele andere gasten overkwam hetzelfde. Voor ons niet echt een prettige ervaring. Ontbijt niet inclusief.'

'We had some issues with valet parking but the hotel took care of it swiftly. They really need to either deep clean or replace the carpets in the rooms. Otherwise, it was great and we plan to stay there again next time. '

'This was a very convenient hotel for an overnight in Rapid City. It was clean and the employees at check in were friendly. The rooms appear to have had recent remodeling with maps and murals of local attractions on the walls which is fun. Our room apparently missed out on tub hardware upgrades. The temperature knob was nearly impossible to turn and the shower head was the worst I’ve seen in any hotel, much less one seemingly as well appointed as this one. '
