'Staff was great, amenities great, convenience great for attending at Denny Sanford, bathroom in lobby not clean, carpets were really worn. Great overall but I expect better quality from the Sheraton.'

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'Prima hotel dat zo uit de catalogus van deze keten is gevallen. Exact als alle anderen. Schoon. Enige minpunt is het instabiele WiFi in in ieder geval kamer 327 toen wij er waren.'

'Parked vehicles at hotel and were dropped off at airport for week long vacation. When we flew back in and called hotel that we needed the shuttle to come get us. They didn’t have a driver to come get us. They lined up local taxi company that was extremely prompt, helpful and nice drivers. Check in was easy, rooms nice and big for us to crash after three flights in 24 hrs. Highly Recommend this place'
