'This was the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. And such an incredibly charming owner, Brendan, who made our stay even better. He took care of EVERY detail of this gorgeous place - from a detailed book of everything to do in the area to an incredible bathroom that included a rain shower that I just didn't want to leave in the morning. I can't say enough great things about this hotel! Truly a masterpiece! We can't wait to come back!'

'Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business.'
