'Very beautiful and nice comfy property. I would give 5 stars except the parking isn't great, they only have 5 handicap parking spots for a big hotel...most of the close parking of course is valet you pay for. Need more handicap parking and move valet over the hill. Also late checkout is $25 an hour '

'Overall we had a really nice stay. There were a lot of pros to this trip, but also some cons as well. We came during “off season” so the activities weren’t as exciting for the kids. The water park slides closed at 6pm during the week which was a bummer since that is the reason we booked. Also it wasn’t advertised online that breakfast was only available on Saturday & Sundays during off season so I had to be refunded for that. 'It was excellent it was a partner hotel to wilderness waterpark hotel cheaper but all water fun was included and free shuttle back and forth. Less money than staying at the actual wilderness hotel '

'Mooie accomodatie net buiten de drukte van de hoofdstraat. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie. Helaas was er geen ontbijtmogelijkheid en waren alle omliggende restaurants voor ontbijt overvol en hadden wachttijd van ongeveer 1 uur. De betere restaurants zijn op ongeveer 30 minuten loopafstand. Parkeren bij de restaurants alleen tegen betaling. '

'Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. '
