'The hotel was oke-ish. Rooms are noisy (I had bad luck to have a couple of kids next door), also for traffic noise. Rooms are kind of clean but not perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable though! The building needs some serious maintenance. Breakfast was bad, like so bad I would advice to just do not offer breakfast to the guests. It saves money and a big disappointment..'

'We stayed for one night because there was a bad storm in the area and we wanted to be safe. This was the cheapest hotel in the area and for the price, we were pretty amazed at how nice it was. The beds were super comfy and the room had everything we needed and the breakfast in the morning was actually pretty good. When we first got there and opened the fridge, there was half eaten food left in there. The signs everywhere letting us know what the prices were if we stole something instead of...

'It was fine….not there long enough!!! Parking at the upper left end of the lot is a little dicey. Be nice if there was room to reconfigure!!!! A rug on the cold floor would have been nice too! Always love being in Brevard so i was happy.'

'Not sure where the negative reviews came from because, for the most part, it was an overall good experience. Pretty clean room and good tv. The only issue was minor and it was the key for the first couple tries of the door, but front desk fixed the issue. For the money, worth the stay. Very convenient to downtown.'

'Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Spacious sink. Clean bathroom. Loved the backdoor leading to a balcony with comfortable seating and calming view of ducks, a walking path, and the river. Adjoining rooms for our group was perfect! Will definitely stay here again!'

'This was a nice family-run place to stay. It is a little dated, but the rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful. It was a lovely stay, no-noise they had breakfast, but we didn't try it. very close to many restaurants and attractions. will stay there in the future. Not too far to drive if you want to go to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge but with way less traffic.'
