I didn't have a chance to use the bathtub but was fairly clean and looked very inviting. Back yard was big and had a nice size bbq and pretty lightning. The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus.
