'Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot.'

'This is our family's second time at the Barn Loft and we will return many times for years to come. I look forward to our next visit to the Belleayre ski area and our next stay at your House. The communication with Susan and Jonathon as always was excellent! Hoping to one day come with more friends and take over both properties at this location!'

'The house is beautifully decorated and has so much charm. Love the artist themed bedrooms. The kitchen is huge and we had lots of room to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The Alexa was a great touch for music! The property is very large and the area very quite. Matt was quick to respond to all questions and requests. We had a great time!!'

'We enjoyed cooking, reading and relaxing in this spacious lovely farmhouse. We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. Geoffrey and Powell has everything you would need during the stay in a top notch shape.'
