'What a wonderfully clever barn conversion! A twenty minute walk to Angle West beach and a mile and a half walk to Freshwater West beach. Our dogs loved the walks, as well, and all the local beaches dog friendly. The barn is well equipped for a family stay and if the weather does turn there are enough games and toys to keep the kids entertained for days, even the big ones! 'The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we felt at home right away. There was plenty of space for 3 generations of family and we loved the hot tub. No queues for bathrooms with 3 showers and 4 toilets in the property! Would recommend for a large family group.'

'We have stayed in Penny's lovely properties in Trewent Park many times, and always have a fabulous stay. Le Chalet is lovely - clean, comfortable and well-equipped and worked perfectly for our family. We love being so close to the beach and being within a short drive of so many beautiful spots, as well as being right on the coastal path - handy for walks with wonderful views in either direction. Penny is a fantastic friendly host, answering queries promptly and providing thoughtful extra touches...

'Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable with spectacular sea views. Our dog loved watching people and other dogs on the beach from the balcony! Right on the beach and close to local coffee shops/restaurants. Although on the 3rd floor, the steps are actually quite shallow. Really enjoyed our stay.'

'No hot tub as advertised originally when booking. Other peoples dogs (5 off) allowed to enter the garden. .requiring constant dog poo clearing up. No walled garden as originally advertised when booking. 8 acres includes a 5 acre meadow not all garden. Gardens are full of weeds and largely unkept apart from mowing. Refund now required.'

'Booked at short notice for all 12 of us to attend a tragic funeral. Only criticisms were shortage of cooking utensils, lack of food processor and generally old and poor pots and pans. Also the hot tub was too hot and we couldn’t get it cooler. Otherwise, lovely house and grounds.'

'The house was lovely clean and well equipped. Plenty of space as there were only two couple but if there had been more people there was plenty of space. The view from the back garden was gorgeous on to open fields and as it was October we couldn’t sit outside but the conservatory was lovely to sit in. The decor of the rooms were very modern with nice personal touches Only downside was we weren’t given code to key safe before we arrived so I had to ring and wasn’t told where the key safe was...
