'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! 'This is a very nice all-inclusive. We enjoyed most of the food. Especially the Asian and Italian restaurants. Oceana was also very nice for preferred access breakfast and lunch.
