'Evening crew at check-in was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, and my kids enjoyed the pool. Our room (on the 5th floor) leaked in the rain, creating a puddle in the floor. We paid extra to stay in the hotel attached to the convention center compared to the hotel next door, because of expected storms. Another event in the convention center closed the internal entrance from the hotel, forcing us outside through the rain with no awning and no signage directing the way as we ran more...
