'We loved the “cabin in the woods” feel but also just being a short drive into town for everything. It’s a very cozy, comfortable place. It’s about 2 miles from Parish Hill Event Barn so if you have a wedding to go to there it’s a great place to book if you don’t want to drive home after. If you don’t have an SUV/truck, the driveway up might be a bit difficult as it’s quite uneven with large rocks and I did not see pictures of it in the listing or see that mentioned in the description. 'Not gonna lie - Didn't know what to expect when we were headed for a cornfield - But there really IS a lake here and this place was PERFECT! Immaculate, cozy, updated and very very comfy bed! The cabin is darling. Water pressure is amazing. Instructions are clear. And honestly, everything you need is right there. It felt like we were visiting a friend - highly recommend! '

'This property has a beautiful lake view with a fire pit to enjoy the serenity of the area. The space was warm and homey feeling. We really enjoyed our stay. My brother is handicapped and there was a very sweet lady named Cynthia who was working in the yard when we pulled in. She helped us with getting ramps for accessibility into the home.'

'Beautiful property! Easy access. Nicely decorated and fully stocked with amenities. However, due to the awkward layout, we would have been much more comfortable with privacy window treatments in the front porch area. Also, the shower floor is EXTREMELY slippery. We would definitely rent again. Hopefully with those 2 issues addressed. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely cottage with us!'

'Mark was an amazing host! He was quick to answer our questions and was checking on us throughout our stay. We visited Naples for my son's wedding and the cottage was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious enough for my wife and I and it was only a few minutes from the wedding venue. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.'

'The area is scenic, just beautiful. Cottage is well maintained and pretty. Furniture is comfy, and little details are attended to. It's a busy area but the backyard is private. I've stayed in cottages where they didn't have salt and pepper, or any hand soap. This place had a selection of spices, soap in each bathroom, all the towels. Even some shampoo and conditioner! Rachael was easy to talk to and responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend 😀'

'The property was as advertised, clean and very well stocked for a family stay. It was a treat to be on the lake. The sunrises were beautiful. The hosts were available, but we didn't need to contact them. We really enjoyed being able to catch up with family in the area, and we appreciated the little welcome touches left by the hosts. Will definitely book again!'

'The problem is that the property is physically small, it's short. Not a problem for most people, but being 6' 3", I was hitting my head on a lot of stuff, and hunching most the time I was in the cabin. The cabin is very cozy, it all takes a bit to get used to, but once you do, it is a great small place to stay in. It would be best to get there early to get the heat figured out, if you need to do that. There are a lot of amenities to make sure everything goes smoothly and to pass the time...

Ideas for restaurants were provided. We spent time in Letchworth State Park (breath-taking), at wineries and antique shops nearby. It was a great autumn weekend in New York!'

A charming and well-equipped cabin on a secluded mountain offered a peaceful and delightful stay!

"Here is the translation: "It was a fantastic, charming, and lovely cabin located on top of a mountain in a secluded spot. A delightful stay. We enjoyed the grill, firepit, and also the peace and quiet (no busy roads, truly remote) to completely relax. The cabin is fully equipped with amenities such as a shower, hot water, fiber-optic (!!) internet, and a well-stocked kitchen. Our stay was wonderful as we explored the beautiful surroundings of the Finger Lakes and Upstate NY from here. We did lose power for a short time due to a tropical storm, but the owner quickly helped us get everything back up and running. Very helpful and quick to respond! Warm greetings from Europe, the Netherlands, Hengelo.""
