'Excellent customer service. We requested a shuttle to pick us up and return to the airport, and they immediately helped us. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and quiet. 'Excelente ubicación, nos hospedamos por 5 días y nos gustó demasiado el hotel. Habitación amplia con amenidades suficientes y limpia, la ubicación 10/10 la zona tranquila y puedes caminar por Reforma sin problemas. El único detalle a tomar en cuenta es que nos tocó una habitación con una tasa de baño muy ruidosa al momento del desagüe, pero prefiero eso a una que no baje nada o se tape jaja. De ahí en fuera todo bien, excelente. Pase mis vacaciones sin ningún inconveniente.'

'We stayed two nights and thought this was a great modern and stylish hotel. The staff were all excellent and accommodated us needing to hang around for a late flight. There was even a lovely shower room with fresh towels available. The location is good for restaurants and museums. Also excellent coffee with the breakfast. '

'To me the Covid restrictions were exaggerating. Put on masks everywhere, keep 1,5 meter distance. Don’t eat and drink near the coffee corner. Too many rules for me. And the check in annoyed me because I couldn’t enter the room at 13:30 but had to wait until 15:00 which became 15:15. Even if fully booked cleaning a small room doesn’t take 2 hours. '
