'The house was very well kept and clean. We loved the location of the house (15 min. to Dream Park, so close to 3 local breweries, and was in a country setting). The beds were very comfortable. We used the laundry facilities onsite which was so clean! Only thing that would have made the house absolutely perfect, would be to have a 2nd shower rather than a bathtub upstairs. We did know this however before we booked, but quickly realized the need for it once we stayed here with 8 people! ...

'We like to meet up with some friends from Maine about once a year near the halfway point between us. Ray's Chalet is a great place to chill out and relax with friends and family. 'It’s a great for more adults houses absolutely stunning unfortunately we had bad weather so we didn’t get to utilize the outside. Kitchen is slightly small but everything else is amazing. Rooms are beautiful house immaculately decorated unbelievable master bedroom and shower and only 13 minutes to Cooperstown so convenient for any Cooperstown families. 'Nice living and dining space. Plenty of room to spread out. with 3 bedrooms up and 2 down you can. A few of the outlets are not currently working and there may be a yellowjacket nest that needs to be dealt with near the back deck. Outside of that I would rent it again '

'We had a wonderful stay! The house has everything you could possibly need for a fun weekend or week! So much to do between the lake and the games!
