'Perfect house and location for our group of 5 couples ranging in age from 50's to 70's. Hot tub and back deck was perfect. Only possible negative I could mention is no TV in main living room. Owner was great. Check in and out was super easy.'

'Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. Beds were not to firm but could use a pillow top if your a side sleeper. We would highly recommend this home to anyone & will return there ourselves in the...

'nice and clean, great location. I just don't understand why it only allows 4 people to stay. It's a 3 bedroom with plenty of room for 6 people. We may not be able to return next year if that's the case. We really enjoyed this unit and Helen was great to communicate with. '

'Very nice comfortable newly done interior. I'm a retired Tile contractor/owner. The stone work - tile and slab is quality installed and great design. Comfortable bedding, clean interior with all amenities available. It was a quiet location while we were there, nice outdoor setting. Quick and easy to the main roads. The actual unit I would refer to friends and anybody else. If I was to need to rent another unit in that area, I would defiantly use it again'

'This property was beautiful, and the attached heated swiming pool area was really a hit with all ages. It is close to shopping and Tahoe as well as Reno. We enjoyed our stay very much. Lots of room to spread out and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts were attentive to our needs and working through a few issues with the house. '

'The property is all that you need for a great Lake Tahoe visit. The living area is very comfortable and the kitchen has all you need for meal preparation. The in floor heating was a plus. The bunk room downstairs would be perfect for kids and the upstairs en-suite bedrooms Good for 2 couples.'

'We love how clean , bright, and comfortable this house is, and in our favorite location, this is our second time renting it, and we will be back. The reason I have given it 4 stars is for the many stairs going down to the house from the parking lot, can be dangerous when icy and we needed to dig ourselves out from under 4 feet of snow last winter, it was a good workout though;) The house is lovely and when we had issues with kitchen sink blockage we got it fixed pretty fast, and when it snowed...

The home is clean and well-appointed. The house is located near the end of the cul-de-sac. It is located up against the golf course where we attended a wedding and one of our party played the course. "Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
