'Could use some updates and repairs but overall a nice cottage close to the ocean / beach, shopping and restaurants. Outdoor shower was great and nice hot water! Furniture in living space could be better. More comt seating and the table and chairs inside weren't needed and just took up space. Extra countertop would be good as it was hard to cook and the stove needs to be leveled. Some kind of high top bar with stools would have been great and a different arrangement with the living room...

'Wonderful stay. Wish we had an additional week! The “loft” views of Swan Pond, with the breezes filtering in, made even our simplest of meals an experience! Whether using the complementary watercraft on the Pond or sitting and reading (or napping) by the pond, the salt air relaxed the soul. Explored scenic 6a, went to Kennedy museum , hiked to and saw almost all lighthouses, took day trip to Provincetown and did national seashore trails, and went to Falmouth to see scenic the knob, and lunch at Pie in the Sky. 'This is a beautiful, clean, charming cottage right across from a nice beach. We were very happy overall with this choice. It worked very well for our family of 4. The negatives: When we arrived at midnight after flying to Boston from Colorado we were surprised to learn that there were no linens, no towels, no tissues or paper towels, and no toilet paper in the entire place (there was half a roll of toilet paper left from previous renters). 'We loved our stay on Indian Trail. The house looks small from the outside but it is very spacious with 4 bedrooms. It is very clean, quiet and extremely comfortable with every amenity you could want. The view over Swan Pond is gorgeous and we spent many happy hours sitting on the deck watching the wildlife. 'This cottage is clean, comfortable and with many extras. Beachbag and blanket and chairs were a nice find. The bathroom and kitchen had many supplies to make life easy and comfortable. Plenty of towels and beds are comfortable. Outside is very well maintained with a nice lawn and flowers, outdoor table and chairs where we had several dinners and an herb garden that we enjoyed.
