The old refrigerator works, but the freezer needs a defrost. The deck is old and in need of a replacement, property is behind a busy parking lot, so the deck is not private. However... 'Perfect for us. My husband and I stayed on one side and my son and grandkids on the other. Great location for the beach and Sundae School. Also short ride to Cuffy’s and zip line,bumper boats etc. great place for families.'

'12 old friends and classmates got together for a week on Cape Cod. House was beautiful and cozy with lots of room to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Pool was a bonus that a couple enjoyed. Because of our age, we would have liked hand rails going into the front door and from the slider to the pool area. '

There were some nice restaurants and shops within walking distance which was enjoyable. We would have loved if there was some sort of outdoor dining area. A simple picnic table would have been very handy. (The indoor dining table is pretty, but not comfortable.) All-in-all we enjoyed our visit!'
