'We had a lovely welcome from Rupert who was an excellent host. Our room was spacious with everything we required - even fresh milk. Breakfast was perfect with fresh fruit and yogurt, cereal and a choice of cooked breakfasts which were cooked to perfection. My gluten free diet was catered for very well. Can highly recommend.'

'Nikki & Eddie were the perfect hosts, taking obvious pride in keeping their B&B looking its best. There was even a complimentary upgrade of room when they heard it was the birthday celebration of one of us. Location superb. Off the bustling road but right on the beach. Just right to enjoy the sunrise, sailing boats, crazy early morning swimmers etc. Perfectly cooked breakfasts, delicious coffee. A nice small fridge in the room that was just about enough to take a bottle of sparkly. Friendly...

'Fantastic place to stay! Very clean and well maintained period property with an interesting history! Our room was also very clean, with a good shower in the en-suite bathroom. There are good tea/coffee making facilities in the room, even a mini-fridge for keeping everything fresh. Everything was replenished daily, even the lovely selection of biscuits! Breakfast was superb and all included in the price. There was good selection of fruit, yogurt and serials plus a fantastic full English breakfast...

'Fabulous stay - loved it! Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldn’t eat it all. Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late. Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends.'

'Lovely friendly welcome from the hosts. Pre-ordered breakfast for the following day and then settled down for the evening in a huge room with comfy seats, a big bed and a lovely bright and clean bathroom. Breakfast was just as promised, fresh, local and really tip top. Sat chatting with the hosts over breakfast watching the horse liveries turning out for the morning. Very very pleasant. '
