The flooring throughout is really old and mainly dirty. There was no door mat inside the apartment or any way really to keep the slushy dirt out. There were no paper towels inside the apartment. The staff was nothing less than a accommodating and friendly. They gave us tips on things to do and told us places to visit such as the rail trail Express and the world's largest Kaleidoscope.
