'I have been to LA multiple times and wouldn't choose the area as my first choice but decided to give this a try as it was close to the BMO Stadium for a concert I was attending. We needed to stay close as we had early plans at the venue. The place provided ample amount of space, toiletries, garage parking (and also gated housing so we felt safe), and the washer / dryer really came in clutch for some of us too. Overall, the space accommodated the 6 of us really well and would be willing to stay...

'The house is very nicely decorated, and loved everything new and clean. 3 bedrooms 2 baths and a small kitchen area. Only issue we had was one of our nights the neighbors were having a party until past midnight and it was super loud, we couldn't even hear the TV over the music. '

'The beds were comfortable and the showers nice. The craftsman architecture makes the house fell like home. The outdoor furniture has been neglected and is in need of cleaning which was dissapointing. Otherwise, the house was a comfortable place to stay for 5 days.'

'Highly recommend this property! Jimmy was a fantastic host. Quick and easy to communicate with. The property was perfect for what we needed. The girls loved the bunkbeds. All of the beds were super comfortable and the house was a quick drive to Knotts Berry Farm. '

'This was our 2nd time staying at this property and once again, we were pleased with the service received! We did have an issue but the owner resolved it VERY quickly! We thank you again for being so kind and helpful to us! '

'This house was great. The way the house was set up was perfect for our family to spread out. The deck with the amazing view was incredible.'

'We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from MBKU. There were 9 adults sleeping here, but we hosted a total of 16 for meals and evening gatherings. The layout is easy, the bedrooms are pleasant and having three full bathrooms was very helpful. The kitchen and living areas had plenty of space for easy movement and entertaining. '

'This house was perfect for our family to celebrate our son's Pomona College graduation.'

'Great stay for our group of 5. Super clean and simple to navigate. Using door entry code was simple, at one point it ran out of battery, owner came and recharged soon after. Owner reachable by text and phone. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed to prep our meals and was simple to find. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. '

'Jimmy was a wonderful host who made sure everything was perfect for my stay there. The house was completely remodeled and decorated very cute. The location was central to many tourist attractions. I highly recommend this home for a stay when you’re in California!'

'This house is beautiful and charming. You can’t beat the incredible views from the backyard. My kids loved running around the backyard. Overall, we had a great experience and the host was very responsive. We were only the second group to stay at the house so the amenities were somewhat lacking. I communicated this to the host and she was very appreciative of the feedback. I expect it will be even better for the next group.'

"Affordable hotel with spacious rooms. Good value for money. The hotel is located in a safe area. There are a number of bus stops near the hotel that can bring you to Downtown Los Angeles or to Hollywood, Fairfax and Beverly Hills. Along those bus lines you can also transfer to the metro lines, which means you can pretty much reach the entire Los Angeles metropolitan area using public transit using the nearby bus stops. For groceries there is a Ralph's supermarket nearby and there are a number of diners nearby as well. The Glendale Galleria mall is a few bus stops away as well. A good hotel that offers good value."

"Nice hotel with small but well equipped gym and rooftop pool. Rooms were minimalistic and stylish and spacious enough. Bed sleeps well. Ear plugs available in your hotel room. Enough breakfast and diner options in the area. "
