'Honestly, this is the best cabin we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was updated and beautiful. The setting was serene, quiet, and had a wonderful lake view. Very attentive & friendly host! We did not lack for anything, and we were very lucky, to view the northern lights right outside of our door, shining over the lake! 💕 '

'We have been to Minocqua yearly for 10+ years. We love the location of this house, right on the main road by the lake. It is perfect size for us, just two of us. I would say the only thing I would add would be additional pillows (flatter). I also think board games would be a nice additional. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay and we’ve stayed a lot of places on the island. Prob one of our favorites to date. '

'This charming and cozy cabin was a joy to rent for the weekend! The pine interior was stunning, with an open staircase and vaulted ceiling. The master bed was quite comfortable, extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The view of the lake was picturesque and did not disappoint. The dock and the wooden boardwalk were well maintained. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the indoor fireplace. Dry firewood and other items were provided. We highly recommend this cabin! '

'Celebrated our 50th anniversary at this lovely cottage. Enjoyed the wonderfully decorated cottage along with the lake front. Great location!'

'This property served as a fantastic base camp for our annual trip to the north woods. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. On the first night, we noticed the exterior lights were not working. I contacted the host, and he had them repaired by the next day. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The bonus was the sunsets over the lake. '

'It was the perfect size for my husband and I. I think any more people would be crowded. The bedrooms are very small and the bed was not comfortable. We fished off the dock a caught a lot of fish. The neighbors are closer than we expected (with barking dogs) which was an inconvenience at times. It’s not the properties problem i understand that. The driveway is very tight and would not fit a trailer. Overall it’s a cute little cabin!'

'We had an amazing stay! A quiet location yet close to all that the town and area has to offer. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 5 kids. Our pup enjoyed the fenced in yard too. It had all that our family needed to make all our meals and comfortable beds and furniture. We loved the cozy cottage feel of the house as it was well decorated and clean. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Absolutely the best place we ever stayed. Thought out and clean. Everything you need is stocked. Just bring food. Jon boat with motor included. We have been going up north for over forty years and this was our best stay. '

'Property was well maintained and clean. The view was excellent and we greatly enjoyed the location. The lake is a good size without being too big and you can swim and boat. The cabin had everything we needed.'

'Everything was clean, tidy, and well stocked. The only thing was that the directions to get the key were incorrect. There wasn’t a lockbox- instead the side door was left unlocked and the key was by the tv. We were coming back from the rodeo, it was very late, and unsettling that the door had been unlocked. Everything ended up being ok.'

'We had a wonderful stay. The pictures are spot on. The cottage is decorated beautifully and is well stocked with all of your kitchenware and paper products needs. Communication with the owner is prompt. The pier is sturdy, has tie offs, and bumper fenders. '

'I am disappointed by this rental process. I’ve enjoyed prior rentals that are Hosted by the Owner...as in the vrBO title. Vacasa is a management company, and they unfortunately knew nothing about the property except what was described on the site, and some of that was inaccurate. They couldn’t tell me what levels the bedrooms and bathrooms were on, or if any had en-suite bathrooms. They are not prompt responding to messaging, if they respond at all. Hours on the phone didn’t get me help or...
