'We have been to Minocqua yearly for 10+ years. We love the location of this house, right on the main road by the lake. It is perfect size for us, just two of us. I would say the only thing I would add would be additional pillows (flatter). I also think board games would be a nice additional. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay and we’ve stayed a lot of places on the island. Prob one of our favorites to date. '

'Brett is a great host. Always available if you need anything. Loved this cabin! It had everything I needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The views are fantastic. Very peaceful. I cant wait to come back.'

'This charming and cozy cabin was a joy to rent for the weekend! The pine interior was stunning, with an open staircase and vaulted ceiling. The master bed was quite comfortable, extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The view of the lake was picturesque and did not disappoint. The dock and the wooden boardwalk were well maintained. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the indoor fireplace. Dry firewood and other items were provided. We highly recommend this cabin! '

'Great place for a long weekend stay. Very clean, well appointed kitchen Only negative think shower was broken, the bracket to hold the nozzle at a higher location, but still worked. Not a big deal.'

'It was the perfect size for my husband and I. I think any more people would be crowded. The bedrooms are very small and the bed was not comfortable. We fished off the dock a caught a lot of fish. The neighbors are closer than we expected (with barking dogs) which was an inconvenience at times. It’s not the properties problem i understand that. The driveway is very tight and would not fit a trailer. Overall it’s a cute little cabin!'

'We had an amazing stay! A quiet location yet close to all that the town and area has to offer. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 5 kids. Our pup enjoyed the fenced in yard too. It had all that our family needed to make all our meals and comfortable beds and furniture. We loved the cozy cottage feel of the house as it was well decorated and clean. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Absolutely the best place we ever stayed. Thought out and clean. Everything you need is stocked. Just bring food. Jon boat with motor included. We have been going up north for over forty years and this was our best stay. '

'A lovely place in the Northwoods on a lake. What could be better? The property was very homey and clean. Everything we needed was there. The hosts were super responsive to our inquiries. The grandkids had a blast catching fish off the pier and swimming. Would definitely return.'

'This cottage is HUGE with plenty of room for large families that want to make priceless memories in the north woods during a Wisconsin summer. Great balance of nostalgia with AMAZING amenities such as; WiFi, cable tv, smart AC and keyless lock access. Caught a bunch of perch, pumpkinseed and rock bass fish off the docks. Good drop off for walleye and musky about 40 yards from the dock. Great location that is a short distance to everything in the Eagle River community. Plus! onsite: Kayaking,...

'We enjoyed our stay very much. The boat launch was right next to the cottage and convenient for loading our boat; having direct access to the lake was wonderful. The host was also responsive to all our questions. Thank you so much!'

'We loved our time at the cabin. It was fantastic having everything right there for us. We’re able to use the Jon boat, kayaks, and paddle boards in the lake which was so clear. Sunset over the lake too were beautiful to watch from the living room or screened in front porch. The weather wasn’t always cooperative but great times were had by all.'

'The description and the pictures are very misleading. We drove up walked in and left immediately! THERE IS NO A/C . When you stay in a home especially when it is 95 degrees outside it becomes a sauna. The entire place is so small. I could touch both walls standing in the middle of the room. The pictures of the lake are very misleading. its' a freaking swamp. Also there "boat" they offer was filled with water half sunk into the lank and covered in pond scum. Also not to mention you are one block...
