'It’s not bad, room had an old scent. You cannot walk to places, must have transport. Place was clean and very comfortable. Friendly animals cats and dogs on the compound. Couldn’t find caretaker on the day to check out and all calls to the number attached were unanswered. '

'This property was exactly as advertised. Keys were on the door awaiting for us as we arrived and we walked into the apartment to receive some much needed AC. Everything is exactly as the photos show. All appliances are in working order with a huge fridge for everything you need. The dogs are indeed friendly and they really do take any chance to run out so make sure to close the gate. By the way, duck when walking out. 'Our host Owen really went above and beyond to welcome us all with a smile every day. From arranging an early check-in, checking in to see if we needed anything, and being forgiving with extra cleanup, he always had a smile on his face and a moment for a quick chat. 'Ms. Ruth went above and beyond since the moment I booked her place. She was very welcoming and arrived during check-in to show us where the place was. Her place is in the PERFECT location and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars. I love that she communicates well and responds really fast. Overall, she made our stay feel like home away from away. I will definitely book again when I return to Trinidad. '

'Ruth’s place was excellent as always. I often stay here when I’m visiting Tobago. Everything was clean and was well stocked with all the necessities guest would need. I stayed here during Tobago’s carnival and I liked how it was centrally located to all festivities, beaches and shops. I had a wonderful stay!! '

'This property was not as advertise. one of the bedroom had kitchen in it. that was not in the pictures. it showed it was close to the beach that not true. vrbo agent unhelpful. had spiders running around in the bathroom.delapeted house in need of renovation. it no a inn as advertised, it house that has shared space. will not recommend!'

'The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.'

'Birdie's nest is a very nice place to stay. It is on the beach but also has a lovely pool. The views from your terrace are beautiful especially during the sunset. The owner is very nice, and wants to help you with everything. The location on the north side of Tobago is fab. you just jump in the water in front of the house. I def. would come back here.'

"The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. I think this was not a guest-friendly decision. We could only use the fine dining restaurant which we did for 1 night. The food there was low quality and extremely high price, so that was no option to repeat for the following days. That is a very bad service of the hotel. I expected more and better service from this hotel.!!!"
