'The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. 'The Perfect Getaway Home My family stayed at Sugarlands Villa in December 2024, and it was spectacular. This villa provided the perfect retreat for a family seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. I had a very late flight and arrived a little after midnight. Our host, Candice, was there to greet us and ensure we settled in comfortably. 'We traveled to Tobago for a scuba diving trip in Speyside, and we stayed at Chacachaca Villa, which was less than 10 minutes ‘up d road’ from the Tobago Dive Experience. "The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. I think this was not a guest-friendly decision. We could only use the fine dining restaurant which we did for 1 night. The food there was low quality and extremely high price, so that was no option to repeat for the following days. That is a very bad service of the hotel. I expected more and better service from this hotel.!!!"
