'The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. 'This was our worst rental ever. The property had a great location but that is the only positive thing I have to say about it. It was dirty, the sheets and white towels were dingy and stained. We rented it because it listed a washing machine but we waited a week before they installed it. The property manager never came when stated. Ran out of propane for the stove. There was less than 1 cm if soap in the soap dispensers in the bathrooms, 2 roles of toilet paper for a month rental, no dish towels,...

"The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. I think this was not a guest-friendly decision. We could only use the fine dining restaurant which we did for 1 night. The food there was low quality and extremely high price, so that was no option to repeat for the following days. That is a very bad service of the hotel. I expected more and better service from this hotel.!!!"
