'Great stay, lovely pool with the greatest Nile view, and all staff is so kind and service-oriented, from the reception desk, to the gardemers, from security to barkeeper. You feel at home! Our room was comfortable, the only issue is the fact that there is a mosque nearby, and the morning prayers are early and loud, and the room is not very soundproof... But, this is clearly compensated by all the positives.'

'Great location, beach and views, stunning reef nearby. Friendly staff. But: the hotel is getting seriously run-down, and seems to cater for families and groups. Not representative for a Sheraton, as it lacks the premium-feeling. Worst was the Spa, with rather annoying sales people, continuously going around the beach, and overselling their product. We booked 2 massages, the first was good, but for the 2nd, once they knew was our last, the staff was desinterested and gave a poor quality....

'We stayed here for 9 days end of November. The place just opened a few weeks earlier. This was noticeable because there were still a lot of people working on finishing parts of the hotel. My room was really good. Clean and fresh however one might wonder why some of the finishing of the room(basically everywhere) was so poorly done considering it is all brand new. Food was great and tasteful. Really liked the a la carte restaurants. They serve soda and beers from cans which is a huge plus...

'New property. Nice facility. A few pointers about the property. The pillows were vert smelly. When I asked they said they were ostrich feather pillows. The staff asked for my feedback way too many times. Even before I arrived they were calling me asking for my feedback. It’s nice to take feedback. But annoying when it’s excessive. '

'Our stay was perfect. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. The a la carte restaurant Mangal was the best highlight for our evenings. Thanks to chef Mohammed Ibrahim and all the staff there. All the other a la carte restaurants are bad, but staff is trying their best to make you enjoy your meals. The staff deserves the best rating for this review I am writing they made our stay much better then expected. The junior suite with seaview is amazing I recommend this room. The main restaurant...

'Everything is perfect The hotel is amazing, the staff are wonderful. I like the things that you need to take a mini bus to the restaurant for breakfast (it was a nice trip hhh). Thanks to all the team. And keep it up guys .'
