The one star that was deducted is for bad communication: - We find out that the pool heater we paid for was broken after we did troubleshooting for a day. We finally reached out on Sunday ourselves and were asked to reach out to the other owner. They knew it was broken since Thursday and did not say anything. - Pointing out that this was bad...

'The property was everything we could have wished for. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The layout of the house is perfect. We played lots of games outside next to the pool. The house was equipped great with all the amenities that we needed. We loved the informational booklet on the area and enjoyed some good meals at the restaurants that had been highlighted. 'Wundervolles Haus und tolle Lage am Kanal. Die Räder und Kanus haben wir oft genutzt und es hat viel Spaß gemacht, damit zu fahren. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Würde es immer wieder buchen. Danke auch für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation.'

'Heerlijke vakantie gehad... jammer dat we veel regen hebben gehad. Helaas geen boot kunnen huren vanwege de slechte weersvooruitzichten. Wij vonden het huis wel wat gedateerd maar hebben van onze vakantie genoten. Heerlijk zwembad. Jim was ook erg behulpzaam bij onze vragen. We hadden last van kakkerlakken en dit gemeld bij Jim, de volgende dag kwam er al iemand van de ongediertenestrijding. Helaas toch nog wel regelmatig een kakkerlak aangetroffen, dat was iets minder.'

'We loved our stay in Bonita Springs. The place was very clean and everything you need is provided. Scott and Bre are living next door so it was easy when we had a small issue while cooking something that within 5 minutes the problem was solved. We didn’t use the kayaks by lack of time cause there is so much to do and there are so many beautiful beaches in Bonita Springs. We recommend this place.'

'This house was absolutely perfect! The pool area was so beautiful and it was right on the canal. It was so quite & peaceful there. House had 5 bedrooms and everything in it you could possibly ask for! We loved it so much we even extended our stay 1 extra night. Hated to leave and will definitely come back in the future!'

'This is a wonderful house in an A+ Location. An easy walk to public beach access and many bars/restaurants. There is a lot of rebuilding going on in the area but there was still plenty available to make for a wonderful trip to Fort Myers Beach. We had a group of 8 adults celebrating a 40th birthday and had a blast. The lower level suite is a huge bonus not just for the extra guest space but perfect for enjoying time at the pool.'
