'Family of 5 stayed for 3 days. After the initial booking, all communication was handled via the rental companies website, and through email. I was unable to locate my booking on VRBO after submitting the 3rd party rental agreement. The house was clean and had great access to the beach, with a local access point at the end of the street. 'The house is new and met all of our needs for a two week stay. The neighborhood is a short drive from old, downtown Bonita. It's a few miles from the beach. The property was clean and well decorated. We had a few small maintenance issues that were fixed within a day or two of us reporting them.'

'This house was beautiful and the perfect size for my family of 4 to relax. We enjoyed fishing from the dock until the alligator would make its daily visit then it was time to retreat away from the canal. The pool was used daily and to have it be our own personal oasis was amazing! The host was quick to respond via text to answer any questions we had. We would recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to staying again if we are ever back in the area.'

'The house is a great option for large groups. We were able to comfortably spread out with four adults and two children and could have easily had more. I love the two porch options. The house is well equipped wirh your essentials (pool toys, games, kids books, high chair (huge plus), pack n play,etc.) The view was gorgeous. Unfortunately for us, the weather didnt cooperate and it was cold. Given this, we were hoping to still use the heated pool and hot tub spa. Unfortunately, the pool was not in...

'Hyatt Coconut Plantation is een absoluut top resort . Geweldig complex met veel groen . Onze dochter van 5 heeft zich geweldig vermaakt in de zwembaden . Vooral de Lazy River vond ze super ! Grote , schone kamers met een lekker ruim balkon . Service is ook geweldig . Ik zou zeker terug gaan naar Coconut Plantation ....!'
