'Nice guest house close to beach, businesses and major highways. Square footage more than adequate for a solo traveler. Parking can be tricky vis a vis beach traffic and wi-fi/internet throughput could be faster, but minor details in greater scheme. Owners are super responsive.'

'Terrific property. Quick to the beach, and very close to Disneyland. Exellent setting for a family trip with kids. Take time to enjoy the back patio. Very comfortable. '

'Stayed with my family (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Location is amazing! Host is super responsive. So nice to have beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys available. Loved riding bikes to Balboa. Rental could use some sprucing up but was adequate. '

'What a great house. We stayed here with our family for a short trip to Disneyland. It is a great space, lots of room, super well equipped. And Phong is so easy to communicate with and a great host. We'd happily return if the opportunity arises in the future.'

'Privacy is awesome, restaurants and markets are walking distance. Plenty of space for our family. We like to relax and eat at the picnic table. I go back again in LA and OC, I’ll this place first. recommended. '

'Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!'

'We enjoyed our stay for our Disneyland trip with the grandkids. There were 2 pack & plays, and several strollers and kids toys for our use. Beds were very comfortable. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The pool was sparkling clean and they had several different size safety floaties and pool toys for the kids. The pans they had in the kitchen were the best I’ve ever used. So easy to clean. I am looking in to getting a set for myself!Not far from Disney, but with little ones it would be...

'My family had a great stay at this home in Sunset Beach. It had all of the amenities that we expected and was a lovely place to stay as part of our trip to Southern California. After spending a few days in a hotel in San Diego, it was very nice to have a proper home with a kitchen and more space. During our stay we enjoyed time on the beach and took a day trip to Disneyland. Everything was very convenient and just as needed!'

'Very professional and friendly staff. Allowed us to check-in a couple hours early. Very responsive to questions. Nice set-up with each bedroom having direct access to a bathroom. The game room was a lot of fun. Nice swimming pool. Would defiantly recommend! '

'This vacation was for my dad's 60th birthday. Our family ranges from infants to adults and it was perfect for all. The top floor was our favorite place to hang out, with the rooftop balcony and pool table for entertainment. We also loved the beach access and waking up daily to make breakfast with these beautiful views. The ceiling-to-floor windows let us watch dolphins and whales while making meals together. It was magical. This was by far the best birthday trip my dad could have asked for....

'The rental was lovely and well-appointed. My only feedback is that nearly all of the TV-related remotes had dead batteries, so we had to consolidate batteries from a single working remote and continually move them around. The best part was the location! Only 15 minutes from the front door to Downtown Disney. I will definitely stay here again!'

'The Hosts are really Super, reactive in every of our demands and are diligents.The House is sparkling clean with a ideallic situation. Every attractions are 15 to 20minuts from the House, with many restaurants near by and shopping center near by to.the House worth every dollar that they ask for.The House have every things that we need (and we are a family with a child of 11 year old) and even a massage armchair.We all really appreciate each moment in that House!!'
