'Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Rooms were spacious and apart from some noise from the streets pretty good isolation. Breakfast was spot on. Large choice of eggs, bagels, sausage, pancakes etc. Staff at the breakfast area very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is located in a buzzing area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Only negative I have to mention is that the first 3 days rooms were not cleaned automatically and we did not receive new/fresh towels. We had to go to front desk...

'My son and I stayed here for a weekend visit to Chicago. The staff were very friendly and overall it was a very nice property. The rooms are a bit small, but didn't feel overly cramped. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Very convenient to the train and also overnight parking, which ended up being $50 less per day than the valet which was perfect since we didn't need our car at all.'
