Wel gehorig, we hadden last van luidruchtige buren. Handig dat het ontbijt is inbegrepen. Prima hotel als budgetvriendelijke optie. '

'I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations, but a big reason we booked this hotel was the option to have a hot tub, which was no in service. It would have been helpful to know this when the room was booked. Other than that issue, the hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly.'

'We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

However, upon arrival the bell hop and front desk staff were not very welcoming or helpful. The bell hop did not give us directions to the front desk and the signage is not obvious so we had to wander a bit.
