'Great hotel in beautiful location'

'The staff had impeccable customer service. The room was very clean and well presented bar a few small stains on the carpet. The little touches were great, such as a newspaper, and extra towels. Car parking was off street, easy to get into, and even caters for taller vehicles. The only downfalls were that there are some aesthetic maintenance issues I noticed could be taken care of, the A/C did struggle fir a while because of high ceilings, maybe a ceiling fan would be good, and a toilet brush in...

'Was clean and quiet. The bed was a little firmer than we're used to but bedding and linen clean and fresh. Room size was adequate to our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast options were excellent, even gluten free available. Grounds were well maintained '
