Flats in Iowa

'We had a short weekend trip to Des Moines. We typically get a place in the burbs, but wanted something downtown this time. This was a good choice and will likely do it again. Clean, quite considering on Grand Ave., nice appliances, etc. Very nice to have private garage. Beds were a hair firm for me, but not bad. Not an issue for our group, but for those less mobile folks there are lots of stairs. My only knock is that in Iowa there are many more cooler nights than warm and it would be a huge...

'Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink...

'Unit was clean and plenty of space. The weather was rainy for our group but when we could use the deck it was great-plenty of seating and fire table was nice. Had everything we needed.'
