'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big. Rooms are not spacious but clean and with air conditioning. Regardless on which side you are, there will (loud) music in the evening. Sometimes until 2AM. The food is,...

'This property is beautiful and conveniently located and the staff was incredible and extremely accommodating! The only reason I won’t give it five stars is due to our AC going out twice and our fire alarm low battery going off at 4 AM. For a four night stay, we had issues three of the nights. Otherwise, the rest of the stay was fantastic. '
