'We had a lovely stay in a comfortable and spacious room overlooking the estuary. Our room had a small table and two chairs as well as a side table for hot water kettle and tea and coffee fixings. There was plenty of room for two of us with a gorgeous view. '

'Nice welcome by staff/ owner. Room wasn’t cleaned properly. The en-suite bathroom had a very bad smell of mould. Was told on arrival that there were no housekeeping services anymore. I had to ask for towels as none were left in the room and when I received it, it had tooth paste on it. States free parking, this is not true all streets around the lodge are permit parking only, so had to use a car park and pay and walk back to the lodge. Property is very tired and could do with a good clean and...

'It was in a lovley village and the room was okay with all you needed for a 2 night stay. Staff were friendly i just wished it was a full free cooked breakfast rather than just a free continental breakfast . For the price of the room i think it was a bit expensive. But overall a lovley place. '
