'Very nice cottage that is well kept and clean. Easy 7 min to Phoenicia and 20 min to Belleayre. The manager is very attentive and responsive to messages and questions. Very nice heat for the winter. Good kitchen for a small family. Also had a nice time running the dog in the yard.'

'Wow! I have to start off by saying that we couldn’t be happier with our stay! The property is so spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully rustic for my family (and doggy!). We utilized every part of this cabin; the kitchen is fully stocked, the fireplace and fire pit was very nearly set up for us, the shower water pressure was HEAVENLY, the rooms were incredibly cozy, everything was just perfect. 'Lovely in every way except loft area around bed. Didn’t realize I couldn’t stand upright. Was difficult to get around. Carpet could be replaced on loft. No idea it had such challenging steps to the bed. Cottage had a musty smell when first entered. '

'We had a fabulous stay at Judy's place. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was good. When we had an issue with the furnace, the owner went out of her way to correct the problem and ensured that we were comfortable. We would recommend this place.'

'This was our fifth time staying at the cabin and as always it was perfect. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and cooked a full feast easily with the appliances and cookware found in the kitchen. We even woke up to snow a few times that week. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and the fireplace each day. Beds are comfy, rooms are cozy and location is ideal. With close proximity to Woodstock, Tannersville and West Kill we were able visit some of our favorite places in the mountains. We’ll be back....
