'Very good location near train station, service v. Good'

'The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are fairly large for Japanese hotels. The room looked clean but the weird thing is that there were 2 empty drink bottles in the room and the check in card from the previous person. In the bathroom I found a used toothbrush and paste but all other amenities were spotless. '

'Prima verblijf gehad, erg fijne en uitgebreide onsen met finse sauna en turks stoombad. Alles keurig geregeld en erg schoon. Enige minpuntje is dat de kamer en het bed vrij klein zijn.'

'Very helpful, friendly front desk staff. Helped us pick out yukata. The room was clean, small and had a portable bathroom installed like on a boat. It was only a standard twin, so I think those are all expected. The view was excellent, as were the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. It was only an overnight stay before embarking on the Alpine Route, so very acceptable.'

'Clean hotel with great staff. Main downside is the settings for the air are low, medium, or high, so no control over a thermostat.'

'フロントで対応してくれた方がとても親切で色々分かりやすく説明もしてくれ、すごく良かったです。 お部屋も綺麗で快適。 バスタオルがとても大きくて使い易かった。 キングベッドのお部屋だったが、玄関入ってテレビまでの壁に、ハンガーが掛けられるようなフックがあったら良いなと思った。 朝食も種類が豊富で、美味しくて満足でした。 駅から近く往復も気にならなかった。 また富山に行く時は、お世話になりたいと思います。'

'夕食は味付け、量共に良く特に朝食のバイキングは種類が豊富で満足できました。 お風呂の泉質も良かったです。 建物は古いですが、お部屋はリニューアルされていたので綺麗でした。'
