'The hotel is conveniently located near Niigata Station. It is close to the shopping areas and many restaurants were located nearby. The only drawback was that the public bath was closed at midnight which was a bit rush for those who returned to the hotel late. '三泊お世話になりました。 冬のたびですから、雪で外に出られない時でもお部屋で気分良く過ごせるように日航ホテル・デラックスシングルを選びました。実際に大きな窓から信濃川と日本海を見晴らせる時間は素晴らしかったです。 駅からはバスが必要ですが、バス本数もそこそこあります。ピアBandaiとホテルは徒歩で行き来できますし、女性の一人旅、車なしでも楽しい旅ができました。'

'Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding onder de maat; een gedateerd hotel van de jaren tachtig met veel vlekken op de vloerbedekking van gangen en kamers; matige Wifi en gedateerd airco systeem; badkamer verouderd. Rest van faciliteiten okay en ontbijt goed. Baliemedewerkers waren mijn boeking kwijt wat meer dan een half uur heeft geduurd om het op te lossen. Organisatie niet op orde: veel gasten moesten soms een uur staand wachten voor ze konden inchecken waaronder 80 plussers.'

'Stayed three nights to ski the nearby resorts. Easy, and free, parking right in front of the hotel. The building itself seems new. Check in was quick. Very friendly lady at the counter. Nice onsen on the first floor. Very nice breakfast. Unfortunately, the bed was very hard, uncomfortably hard, and there didn't seem to be many restaurants around the hotel. So I ate one night in the hotel's restaurant. While the food was good, ordering it was difficult. The restaurant uses a QR code system, so...

'Rooms are small, you can hardly pass each other. There is little room for luggage; bathroom is also very small. Breakfast is untill 8.45 hrs, even in weekends! But don’t bother breakfast as there is very little choice. Plastic cutlery and melanin plates and cups. Disappointing experience. Hotel has different parking lots. If you arrive late, you may have to park at a parking lot at some distance from the hotel. Costs: 1000 yen.'
