'This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though. '

'Great skiing lodge- ski in/out to slopes. Restaurant served excellent food however it was the only option available during our stay (end of March) and it was expensive and really not suitable for very young children. Also only one shop open with limited food options. Not so great for very small children- we could have purchased supplies to bring in if we had known. Ability to go to other parts of resort limited at this time in the season, Staff were very helpful. '

'They have lot of shuttle bus between main building to small wooden house. Waiting time less than 5min. Room is clean and good wifi quality. '

'It was a dirty horrible dump with stained blankets no shuttle bus broken dryer and 5 broken vending machines.Would highly recommend to stay away. Checked in for 10 days only given 1 towel per guest for that time'
