Een kluis op de kamer, een bureau, een strijkplank/strijkijzer

'Lack of a bathmat and washcloths was inconvenient. Having to plug in the TV and microwave was confusing. No phone in the room, OK, everyone has mobile phones these days, but also no card in the room with the phone number to call if help was needed. Luckily I had asked at the desk and had it, because I had to call at 11 PM because of very noisy neighbors. They handled it quickly. Perhaps a “Quiet Hours” policy would be helpful. '

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'We booked this hotel to stay at while we were up in NewYork for the Buffalo Bills game. We were very happy with the room condition and all of the attendants were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall we had a very good stay and will probably book again next time we are back up for a get away. '
