'Nathan was a fantastic Host! He is the nicest host I have ever rented a vacation home from. He checked in on us and responded promptly. He truly cares that you enjoy your stay. The property is exactly how it is described. Less than 10 minutes from Disney. It was close to Wal-Mart and many other stores. Quite neighborhood. We would definitely stay again at his Harle Anaheim property. 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Thank you Nathan '

'The house is very nicely decorated, and loved everything new and clean. 3 bedrooms 2 baths and a small kitchen area. Only issue we had was one of our nights the neighbors were having a party until past midnight and it was super loud, we couldn't even hear the TV over the music. '

'This is one of my favorite houses in Newport - and I’ve stayed in a lot. The property manager was quick to respond and check in and out was simple. The house was updated, very clean and spacious! Location is perfect! Will definitely stay here again! '

'The house was much bigger than it appeared in the photos - we were pleasantly surprised. The location is great, though it is a long walk we were able to walk to both the convention center and Downtown Disney. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and functional. No complaints! Thank you.'

It was a bit too far to walk to the park unless you are willing to jay walk (we were not) but is very close to the parking structures. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! Beds are comfortable. '

'We have stayed on Balboa many times at many different properties, and we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect and super convenient for walking to the ferry and downtown. The bikes were an awesome perk we used daily to explore, and the separate suite up top was perfect for our stay with two families.
