'Had a wonderful stay here; the house was clean and well-located/super close to food, groceries, take-out, pharmacy, etc. The bed arrangements worked out perfectly for our 4 kids and ourselves, and the host was super responsive in getting back to me right away with any questions we had. A private driveway for parking was a huge bonus and a charging station in the kitchen to charge phones, etc was a lovely added touch. Would definitely stay here again!'

'The location is remote but I guess that is the porpoise of staying here near the park, actually walking distance from Perry’s entrance. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. The communication with owner was great even though we had no issues at all. There were some options for dinning around town and in the next town. I will strongly recommend this property. '

'Jayson's place was newly renovated, spacious, clean, and well appointed. It had everything we needed for a soft place to land in the evenings. And walking distance to local bars! We would stay again!'

'Clean and appeared new. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Nice open floor plan. Enjoyed the lake view. House was as advertised. Weather a bit cool to enjoy the wrap around porch but house provided nice windows to enjoy the view from inside.'

'Cozy apt to crash at for the night. Clean bathroom w/ fresh towels, comfy bed, and plenty of outlets to charge my devices. So thankful for the iron board and iron in the closet; came in clutch. Owner was excellent at communicating; appreciate all his hard work in making my stay so easy :)'

'The house was just as described, very comfortable and well cared for. We had every amenity we could need. I appreciated the hanging rack with hangers in the bedroom when I did laundry and could hang items to dry. The empty shed was perfect to store our bicycles. The house is close to the road, but the road is quiet, so that was never an issue. I'm glad the house was available for our stay in the sweet town of Brockport. It worked out perfectly for us. '

'Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Beautiful view of the lake and a short drive from nearby activities. The host was quick to respond when needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and exploring the area. '

'My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!'

'We planned to watch several of the grand kids games and one fantastic night at the Sabres game!! So nice to come back to a home not a hotel room. We are planning to do this again next year and will rent this house again. The house is older so some things are a little worn, but all was so comfortable '

'The house is great, bed comfy and love that it is across street from a fun Alpaca farm that we toured (and purchased a few early Christmas presents!). The owners left a light and the AC on so comfortable from the start! Also this is a good spot to use when touring around Canandaigua and Honeoye Falls. And sitting on deck saw a couple deer in the backyard’'

"The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing so after all we had a happy stay."
