'A unique little place with character! As grandparents (who can climb the stairs!) we thoroughly enjoyed our daughter and grandson visiting us throughout the day for hanging out and dinners! Very roomy first level with greatflooring for kids to play. Large kitchen for home cooked meals too! '

'We enjoyed our stay. Enough space for our group of adults ands and kids. The house was cleaned. We loved our view, we were able to bring our boat, being able to wake up and lower the boat right into the water was great. We would stay there again..'

'The owner was very accommodating, very good communication. Wonderful older farm house that is typical for the area. I would say some of the window blinds need replacing and the traffic during the day is fast but plenty of yard for our doggie to play. Overall graet place for a relaxing stay. We will be back!'

'Clean and appeared new. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Nice open floor plan. Enjoyed the lake view. House was as advertised. Weather a bit cool to enjoy the wrap around porch but house provided nice windows to enjoy the view from inside.'

'Everything worked out great for my family. Being pet friendly and a fenced in yard made the trip that much nicer. All the appliances were new and the house was warm and cozy in the 5 degree weather. We were visiting my son who lives close by and the location was perfect. We’ll use t again. '

'The location was great. The house has a great layout, but the amenities/details were not very well attended too. Kitchen cabinets were disorganized and some had junk in them, there were no extra blankets and the blankets available were thin. Most of the towels were over used and old. There were no dish towels, very limited toilet paper and paper towels. There was garbage stacked on the side of the house. The pictures were not representative of the current state of the furniture and home. '

'Everything was great about the house that I stayed in. It was just beds wasn’t made in dirty linen on the floor from previous guest before me mirrors was dirty bathrooms was dirty, but it was a major fix because we cleaned up when we got there but everything else was great.'

'New and clean. Perfect for our needs. Great beds fully stocked kitchen utensils, flatware, and silverware. Heat and cooling control by room. Right across from the church we were attending. Within walking distance to the university and 1 turn to the airport.'

'The Lake House was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a large family gathering. The host gave clear directions to find the property and where to park (4 spots available). Ideas for restaurants were provided. We spent time in Letchworth State Park (breath-taking), at wineries and antique shops nearby. It was a great autumn weekend in New York!'

'My family of six stayed in the Autumn Maple House over Thanksgiving weekend in 2024. The house was clean and well furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the manager was quick. It was exactly what we needed for a visit to the area.'

"The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing so after all we had a happy stay."
