'A hotel should not be called a hotel if they do not serve breakfast. Despite their website stating that they serve a daily breakfast, this is not the case. It was not mentioned whilst booking, nor when I checked in and was asked to pay the full amount, which I did. Only the next morning when I asked where the breakfast room was did I hear that they have not served breakfast for some time now. In addition, the sash window in my room overlooking the courtyard could not be closed so I was able to...
