"I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy and all had different shades of white/light gray. The shower curtain certainly has not been changed the last few times as it was disgusting (see picture) dust everywhere, body hairs on the sheets, dirty sink etcetera. It is as if they clean the rooms quickly and shallow between the guests. Never again."
