'This was the perfect little place for my husband, me and our dog Hank. Pamela is such a nice a gracious host! We had eveything and more that was needed for Hank and ourselves. Conveniently located to the bay, marina, ocean and town. We are already planning our next stay.'

'We absolutely loved our experience with this property! This was the most well stocked rental we've ever stayed in, we were really impressed with how the house had everything one could possibly need! The location is 10/10, and so are the views. The check in was very simple and the instructions on clean up were straightforward. The only feedback we have is the ants. There were a lot of them in the kitchen when we arrived, and we found ants in the bed, bathrooms, and on towels. It didn't bother us...

'The driveway is a little tricky especially getting out. It’s narrow and uphill and dumps you onto highway one. The transition from driveway to highway made both my rear tires spin trying to get out while cars are already traveling 45mph '

'This is a 28' travel trailer with a slideout. It is in a great location in Inverness for exploring Pt Reyes and we stayed for three nights. As it is a travel trailer, I would think it would be tight for more than a couple or perhaps a child that sleeps on the sofa bed, but I would think any more than that and it will get really crowded with suitcases. Plus storage is always an issue in a trailer, however we used the sofa for suitcases and it worked great for the two of us. The price point is...

'Thank you for sharing you house. It is beautiful!!! We enjoyed our stay. The view, hot tub, fireplace was amazing. Loved entering the home with ambiance of the fireplace with the soothing screen saver on the TV. Much needed relaxing weekend away. 'We stayed at the Lavender House during the Point Reyes Birding Festival. It’s conveniently located near town yet very quiet and private. The house is spotless and filled with tasteful comfortable furniture. The kitchen has absolutely everything from coffee making supplies to outdoor serving ware. Both bedrooms have waffle weave cotton robes and slippers. Highly recommend.'

'Great property. Beautiful location and views and beach. Hot tub is nice. Dishwasher did not work and kitchen equipment could be better. Also mattress in second bedroom was not comfortable and pillows were probably fine for kids, but not restful for middle aged parents. But we loved it because it’s a sweet little house and the owners obviously love it.'

'My family and I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our time immensely. We loved watching the sunset from the hot tub. There were so many beaches close by to drive to, as well as the main town. Property was just as described and owner was quick to respond to any messages. My children also enjoyed the movie selection in the living room. We would definitely return! '
